Who We Are

Founded by 8200 alumni in 2013, 8200 IMPACT is the first acceleration program in Israel for impact-tech startups, that aim to solve significant social or environmental problems through advanced technology, for the benefit of society and economy both locally and globally . This program was launched in order to harness the human capital of 8200 alumni for the benefit of society.

8200 is the elite IDF Signal Intelligence and Cybersecurity unit.

The Program
Our Value Proposition
The selected 10-12 startups receive a 5-month acceleration program filled with workshops and meetings with successful entrepreneurs, top-tier professionals and prominent investors.

Our Startup Showcase
The program concludes with our exceptional Startup Showcase event. Our entrepreneurs get the unique opportunity to pitch in front of hundreds of prominent investors.
Our terms
Entrepreneurs do NOT need to be 8200 alumni in order to apply! In addition, as a non-profit program, we do NOT take equity nor claim ownership of our ventures' Intellectual Property.

Mentors
Working with top notch mentors who have enormous knowledge and expertise as senior directors, entrepreneurs or investors.
Mentors
Our entrepreneurs get the opportunity to work with top-notch mentors, who are entrepreneurs and/or have significant roles in successful companies and social impact companies. The mentors are an invaluable source of guidance and assistance. Most entrepreneurs continue working with the mentors after the cycle ends, and many mentors take part in the advisory board of the companies.
